Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are applicable only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
  • Free test series and demo content are non-refundable
  • Promotional/discounted purchases may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your enrollment at any time from your dashboard
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • Access to course content will continue until the paid period expires
  • Batch transfers (switching between programs) are subject to availability and approval

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at teamnihalashraf@gmail.com with your registered email and order details
  2. Include the reason for your refund request
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may add 2-5 additional days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed test series (if all tests have been attempted)
  • Downloaded resources and PDFs
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions already conducted
  • Custom study plans already delivered
